**Janus Therapy Services, LLC is not intended for crisis situations and urgent needs. In a crisis situation, calling 911 or local emergency services should be utilized. You can also visit the nearest emergency room. Additionally, there are crisis hotlines that can provide assistance. Below are some resources for urgent and crisis needs. **

Getting Help

Getting help for mental health can be hard and intimidating. You are not alone and sometimes we need immediate help. Access to 24/7 assistance has gotten easier and there are options. Hotlines are available for text, chat, and phone calls.

Hotlines are also available for friends, family members and other loved ones who may need help with domestic violence, mental health crisis, substance use/addictions, or other abuse situations.
