Getting help for mental health can be hard and intimidating. You are not alone and sometimes we need immediate help. Access to 24/7 assistance has gotten easier and there are options. Hotlines are available for text, chat, and phone calls.
Hotlines are also available for friends, family members and other loved ones who may need help with domestic violence, mental health crisis, substance use/addictions, or other abuse situations.
